Which countries do you serve and what are the shipping costs?
Y2K Dream ships internationally. Shipping is complimentary for all orders with no hidden fees.
How long does order processing and delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. The expected delivery time is 5-7 business days.
How can I track my order?
A tracking number will be sent via email after dispatch. You can track your order using DPD, DHL services, depending on the courier used for your shipment.
Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?
For changes or cancellations, please contact customer service. Orders placed on weekends are processed the next business day.
What is the return policy and which items are excluded from being returned?
You can return an item within 30 days from the delivery date. The item must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Contact customer service at hello@y2kdream.com with your order number and reason for return. Then follow the instructions for authorization and shipping you receive.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds are processed within 7 working days after receiving and inspecting the return.
What should I do if I receive a defective or damaged item?
Inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged item, contact customer service immediately and provide them with a description of the damage and, if possible, photos.
